Good location, near cafes, restaurants, chemists and public transportation. This hotel is walking distance from tourist hotspots such as 5th Avenue, MoMA, the Diamond District and much more. The best part about the location is that it's 5 minutes away from great live jazz bars and 2 minutes away from a pizzeria. Now onto the hotel: The staff were polite and helpful. especially the lady who cleaned my room during the weekdays. (To the cleaning lady on the 14th floor, a big thank you, she was really funny.). The room sizes were good; they were big enough for one person. But if you have company, it might be a bit tight, but still workable. The room had a good variety of lighting, and dimmable overhead lights.

Accommodating, friendly staff, good security. Nearby car parking for easy personal vehicle access. Wonderful small cafe’ with scenic seating within for quick comfortable morning (and other times) fuel ups. Nice neighborhood near choice of restaurants including reknown nyc steakhouse. Clean, basic room with terrific plantation shutters for easy bright light adjustment. Adjacent connected private clean basic bathroom with soap and hair dryer but no other cosmetics— byo shampoo, conditioner et al. Quiet enough for a decent Saturday night sleep despite proximity to lively late hour entertainment, and room near the elevators— very important.

The queen room had a beautiful balcony, absolutely delightful! There was a problem with air conditioning, but it was fixed surprisingly fast by the on-site and engineer and had a very pleasant stay. The location was wonderful and we will most likely book pod 51 on our next trip to NYC.

Prime location walking distance from major attractions and cleaning staff did a great job! Kudos! Rooftop is a nice place to chill out.

Exactly as advertised. No surprises. Housekeeping came daily which is helpful to keep the small rooms orderly. Wifi & AC worked well. Very accomodating staff. They even assisted with a surprise delivery from a friend to our room.

Very simple. The process to get in was easy and appreciated especially after a long journey to get there. Not a lot of space but it wasn't what we were looking for anyway. Shared bath was surprisingly accomodating. The lights in the room that tell you when someone is on the bath makes it easier to avoid awkward knocks on the door. The location was also close-ish to all the touristy sites so that was good as well.

1) Clean rooms and even the shared bathrooms 2) Perfect location - close to restaurants, fast foods, 20 min walk to times square 3) Nice rooftop and coffee shop 4) Fast wifi and comfortable beddings

The location was excellent, subway main stations at 5-6 min walk.Some Attractions at walking distance, Times square was close too. Price was OK as it was busy season. All staff was very cooperative, shared bathrooms also always clean, never busy. Got additional one night stay at same rate as I booked 8-nights in beginning.

Clean facilities - even though a shared bathroom, it was always clean and I never had to wait. Comfy beds. Good price for the location. Walking distance to lots of landmarks
